Directly experience the innate heart connection we have with each other and with The One, the spirit that moves through all.

No dance experience necessary. No special abilities or knowledge required. Each dance is fully taught, relatively simple, and guided by a trained leader.Dances are led so that first-timers can participate. So fear not! You can dance once a week or once a year. Just bring your smile, the light in your eyes, and your desire to have fun!
